Refund policy

CHEF AND BAKERS KITCHEN TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE:

Chef and Bakers Kitchen sells culinary and baking products, and has the rights to send a certified lab to jointly inspect the products.

Products should be stored in dry and cool temperatures (40F-60F) away from direct sunlight. Raw agricultural ingredients are not processed to control pathogens such as salmonella, E. coli, listeria, etc., and should be further processed by consumer or buyer.

Claims on product quality must be filed via email within 48 hours after receiving the products. ALL RETURNS of the product must be in original received packaging. No returns can be made for products that have been opened or used by the buyer. 

Replacements of any returned product will be within 7 days from the time of return of the product in its ORIGINAL received packaging.
