Shipping policy

Operations are weekdays, Monday through Friday EXCLUDING NATIONAL HOLIDAYS. If the carriers aren't shipping, then neither are we. 

All UPS "Next Day Air" purchases must be placed before 12:30 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST) in order to be processed and shipped SAME DAY. Otherwise, they will be processed first thing the following business day. 

All other UPS Ground and USPS Priority orders must be placed before 1:30 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST) in order to be processed and shipped SAME DAY. Otherwise they will be processed first thing the following business day. 

When placing an order being sent to a P.O. Box, please note that you must select United States Postal Service (USPS) Shipping, as UPS does NOT deliver to P.O. Boxes. If by mistake UPS Shipping is selected, the USPS equivalent will be selected by default. However, please note that shipping rates vary between the two, and we ask that you pay special attention to detail in selecting the proper shipping carrier. 

SHIPPING DELAYS DURING THE HOLIDAYS ARE EXTREMELY COMMON ACROSS THE BOARD THIS TIME OF YEAR, AND ARE OUT OF OUR CONTROL.

ESSENTIALLY IF WE SEND YOU A TRACKING NUMBER, THEN WE HAVE FUFILLED YOUR ORDER AND BROUGHT IT TO ITS RESPECTIVE CARRIERS LOCATION, BEFORE THEIR CUT OFF TIME. AFTER WHICH, ITS PROGRESS IN ARRIVAL TO YOU IS WITH THE SHIPPING PROVIDER SELECTED.
